Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ health status and develop appropriate nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patients’ medical conditions and responses to treatments.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as meals, bathing, and mobility.
• Respond to emergencies and urgent issues.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

Must hold a current Tennessee license
